GARY RICH
As Freeholder Gary's responsibilities included oversight of Finance and Administration, overseeing those departments at the core of County government operations, focusing on delivering strong fiscal management and efficiency in operations to Monmouth County taxpayers. A resident of Spring Lake, he began his career as a school teacher, and went on to begin a technology career as President of Atlantic Systems. Gary's dedication to public service helped rebuild an aging infrastructure of a 100-year-old water and sewer system, Public Safety, Traffic Safety, Planning Board, Beach Committee, Board of Health and the Water Sewer Advisory Committee.
